“Yes.” It’s a powerful word. It can open doors, make us feel more expansive and allow us to do more of what we love…who doesn’t want that?! In last week’s episode we learned how to say “no,” so in this week’s episode we are learning how to say YES to doing more of what makes you happy.

Why It’s Ok To Say “No”
