Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. They create and shape our emotions, decisions, actions, self-worth, attitude toward the world and others. Just like with food, if we fuel our bodies with crap, we will feel like crap. If we fuel our minds with negative thoughts and hold on to frustration and anger, it slowly tears us down from the inside out.
So let’s clear out the crap, shall we? Or at least learn to manage our thoughts in a more productive and empowering way!
